Wenn du Benachrichtigungen erlaubst, speichern wir einen anonymen Geräte-Token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), um dir Mitteilungen senden zu können. Du kannst Benachrichtigungen jederzeit in den Geräteeinstellungen deaktivieren.
Stürzt die App ab, erfassen wir über Firebase Crashlytics technische Diagnosedaten (Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion, App-Zustand zum Zeitpunkt des Absturzes) zur Fehlerbehebung. Diese werden mit einer anonymen Nutzerkennung verknüpft – sie enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten wie Name oder E-Mail.
Die Daten werden genutzt für Account-Verwaltung, Anzeige von Inhalten, Betrieb einer Rangliste, Versand von Push-Benachrichtigungen, Stabilitäts- und Fehleranalyse sowie Moderation. Rechtsgrundlagen: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung), lit. f (berechtigtes Interesse, u. a. Stabilität und Moderation) sowie lit. a (Einwilligung, z. B. für Push-Benachrichtigungen und Standortzugriff).

Wikimedia Commons – Fotos der Drehorte werden von Wikimedia-Servern geladen. Dabei wird deine IP-Adresse an die Wikimedia Foundation (USA) übermittelt. Datenschutzrichtlinie Wikimedia.
Daten werden gespeichert, solange dein Konto aktiv ist. Nach Löschung deines Kontos werden personenbezogene Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen entfernt. Von dir vorgeschlagene Drehorte können als Community-Inhalt anonymisiert erhalten bleiben.
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21). Dein Konto kannst du jederzeit direkt in der App löschen. Kontakt: janwergin@aol.com

The number of locations you add and your personal markers on locations ("Visited" and "Want to visit"), which only you can see.
Photos you upload and filming locations you suggest.
Your location is only accessed for the map and Roadmap features and is not stored permanently.
If you allow notifications, we store an anonymous device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
If the app crashes, we collect technical diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app state at the time of the crash) via Firebase Crashlytics to fix errors. This is linked to an anonymous user identifier and contains no personal data such as name or email.
Data is used for account management, displaying content, operating a leaderboard, sending push notifications, stability and error analysis, and content moderation. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), (f) (legitimate interest, incl. stability and moderation), and (a) (consent, e.g. for push notifications and location access).

Data is stored as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Filming locations you suggested may be retained as anonymized community content.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). You can delete your account at any time directly in the app. Contact: janwergin@aol.com
